ETC stands by the quality products it builds, and has created a dedicated website for you to submit and keep up to date on repair and maintenance requests.

Instructions for Entering RMAs

  1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA site at If you do not have an account, please click on “Create an Account” and provide your name, shipping address, and a valid email address.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product with a valid ETC serial number. For serial number locations on varying products, refer to the table below.

    ET-10000 Controller Back of the electronics module
    ET-12000 Controller Exterior of the enclosure and back of the electronics module
    ET-12001 Controller Exterior of the enclosure and back of the electronics module
    ET-11000 Arrival Sensor Exterior of the enclosure and interior label
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days. Do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system at anytime to check the status of your request.
  4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, log in to our website to print your RMA form and packing slip. Ship your item to the following address:
