Mark Scantlebury

Mark Scantlebury, BASc., P.Eng.

Chief Executive Officer

Mark graduated with a BASc in Electronics Systems Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Regina in 2001. After stops at Wi-LAN Inc. and Matrikon Inc., Mark joined ETC in 2006 where he quickly became the VP, Software Engineering before being appointed to the role of President. In early 2013, Mark completed a management buyout to become the majority shareholder and assumed the role of President and CEO. In his 10 years at ETC, Mark has worked to improve plunger lift reliability, safety, and optimization which has resulted in 4 submitted patents.


Tyson Hoffman

Chief Operating Officer

Tyson holds a technical degree and is a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt. His 15 years experience have been focused on operational excellence with a keen eye for improvement. He is process focused and specializes in process development, quality and manufacturing using various industry standards. Through working with Honeywell Analytics, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Teledyne and other smaller companies Tyson has gained valuable insight into operational process, product quality and consistent delivery. In his spare time Tyson enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and 2 young daughters.
