EXTREME TELEMATICS CORP COMPLETES MANAGEMENT BUYOUT TO ACCELERATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCE PRODUCT OFFERING
Extreme Telematics Corp. (“ETC”), a Canadian engineering firm specializing in designing and manufacturing extreme temperature and hazardous locations certified electronics for the oil and gas industry, today announced a management buyout by the company’s current President and Chief Technical Officer, Mark Scantlebury.
The announcement comes as part of ETC’s focus on geographical and vertical market expansion. The company has already hired Channel Sales Manager, Shane Soum. ETCorp will be adding more technical resources to assist with the global market expansion. Scantlebury will assume the title of President and Chief Executive Officer.
“ETC has been an important player in plunger lift electronics for years and now we have the right people in place to take advantage of the demand for our products in new markets,” said Scantlebury.
