Mark has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Electronic Systems Engineering and over 15 years of experience in electronic product design and manufacturing. He is currently the President and CEO of Extreme Telematics Corp, a technology company that designs electronic controls and sensors for the oilfield. He has worked to improve plunger lift reliability, safety, and optimization which has resulted in 4 submitted patents. He lives in Calgary with his wife and four kids, and enjoys movies, travel, and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.
Greg is the Principal at Shift Capital Inc., which provides financial advice for companies seeking growth financing, and other financial and structural alternatives. He has provided due diligence recommendations on several firms accessing funds through the Exempt Market, and most recently, restructured an $85 million specialty real estate company, and refinanced it with an $18 mm capital injection.
Greg achieved a BComm. degree at the University of Alberta, then went on to earn a MBA at the University of Western Ontario.
Tim Hodge is a veteran of the Canadian wireless technology industry. He has provided leadership to various technology advisory councils and associations across Western Canada. Tim has more than 20 years of management experience with technology intensive companies.
Tim has been recognized nationally by Profit Magazine as leading GEOTrac International Inc. to be the 38th highest revenue growth company in Canada for 2011. During the worst global economic recession in history, Mr. Hodge was responsible for GEOTrac achieving 1,294% growth in revenue.
Eugene has 20 years experience advising a wide variety of companies in all types of business sectors on initial public offerings, private placement financings, corporate governance matters, securities reporting and general regulatory compliance issues, private equity funds. purchase and sale transactions, limited partnership offerings, private mutual fund trusts offerings, qualifying transactions, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructuring and reorganizations.
Eugene attained a BSc. degree from the University of Alberta in 1990 and a LLB degree in 1993 from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1995.
